Let's take a moment to think about what we did and what we learned during the Summer Intensive Course. Please comment below on the things you liked, didn't like, and on the activities we did that were effective in helping you learn.
I think the most important activity in the Intensive course is discussing something. And I like it. We used the time for this. I thought, I should study speaking in English. I don't like listening to English music, after all. First, I can't understood, but after we hear the answer, on the second listening I can understand!!! It made me annoyed!!!
I liked listening to music and watching the movie. The music Mr Miller chose was so good! I like Mr. Miller's music choices. What one likes, one will do best! And usually Mr Miller speaks English only. At first I thougt it was hard, but Mr Miller's pronunciation was so clear that me could understand. Therefore I could speak English with Mr Miller. This is so good for me.
I was most interesting in BINGO!! I was one of the last two. It was regrettable I didn't get cookies, but I got a pen to use at home. There was noting I didn't like. Because every lesson was very interesting. But I couldn't overcome my sleepiness sometimes. I'm sorry.
I liked Bingo the best in summer class, becouse I like games. And Bingo helps me memorize new words and it's so fun. I could achieve Bingo and triple reach. But I couldn't achieve Bingo first, so I was mortified. I was worst at Jigsaw Activity (first animals). I couldn't finish reading that book. So I wasn't good at expressing my opinion. And that book is so difficult. But I can read easily that book someday. I'll do my hostin Kevin class!
I liked watching videos. I could learn many vocabulary words, and I could comprehend the meaning quickly. Songs too. I didn`t like the Jigsaw Activity because it was difficult for me. But it gives the ability to explain in English. I will continue these ways to study, and I want to conquer my weak points.
I really enjoyed learning English during the Summer Intensive Course. First, I liked the few number of students. Thanks to the small number of students, we could talk about something comfortably. And Kevin did take good care of us. When we had a question, he answered our question carefully and clearly. Some videos and topics were difficult for me, but not boring. I really enjoyed leaning. Second, I didn't dislike these activities, but we should increase discussing a little. Thanks to this course, I know I have to try studying harder than now.
I like the Guessing Game. This game is very interesting for me. To explain things and guess the answer I have to use my head. I wanted to know many dialy things. Occupation,kitchen utensils,furniture... And I want to buy Word by Word. I didn't like to write many sentences. Writing is very hard for me. But writing many sentences everyday,that was effective in helping me learn. The Summer Intensive Course was a very,very,very,very interesting class!!!!!! I had a nice summer vacation.
I like the Simpsons and listening song.Because this the simsons picture is cute and funny. I don't liked explain the animal.Because it was difficult.I couldn't make sentences and didn't know word. I think about need to many discussion with various people. Effectived me conversation.
I like to saw "Stand By Me".But I saw difficult english sound and subtitle. Didn't like presentation. I can speak english smoothly. I think listening and speaking english not fear effective in helping my learn.Moreover like someting of myself.It is better. I want to hard study english.thank you.
